After trying every desperate medication attempt at a cure out there, people find that the way they look at their attacks really does affect them. If you can help them stop thinking of them as attacks and start thinking of them as symptoms of a badly trained body, it’s a little easier to cope… It`s a cruel reality, but once they realize it, it’s like a light at the end of a very long dark tunnel. The following advise are for the people who have been suffering from General anxiety: • Start doing regular exercise. Join a gym or any work-out routine to keep your mind focused and not to worry about trivial things. • Stay away from Alcoholism. You may struggle a bit but the key is to stay occupied. Keep away from hard spirits as they do a job on you if you do drink them. These tend to use up your bodies supply of important vitamins and minerals when your body metabolizes them • B vitamins play an important role so give it a try along with Niacinamide. • Try different scents to keep yourself anxiety free. For example, some people find Baby powder very relaxing and force to remind one of a ‘calmer’ time. Other scents might work but usually baby powder works out for everyone. • There is a strong correlation between anxiety/panic disorder and low levels of certain vitamins and minerals. There are several things you can do to restore this balance in your body. • Avoid refined sugars and carbohydrates, and instead eat foods low in sugar and containing whole grains. • Avoid coffee, tea, and cola sodas (or any other drinks with caffeine) • Every time you start to feel anxious, just let your body be aware of what its feeling and tell yourself, `it’s okay, it`s normal to feel this way, i am not dying`. Let your body feel what it`s feeling and the second you acknowledge that it`s normal and okay to feel so, your heart rate calms down and so does your breathing. • Don`t be afraid of your body! You are in control! Always remind yourself of that. Talk to yourself if you have to. • Watch a ton of funny movies too; laughing makes you feel a lot better. • Take prescribed meds, natural meds... they help, but do not cure anything! • Take sound and regular sleep. Be strict with the schedule so there are no irregularities. • Stop taking junk food. Instead take fresh vegetables and fruits that are the best source of anti-oxidants. Thus by following these simple yet affective guidelines at home, everyone of us can control his anxiety disorder that is getting out of his or her hand, making their own lives simpler and easier. The main point is to be vigilant and be strict and punctual about the measures you are about to take as they are of no use if there are irregularities.
